Transforming workplace grief support

A candid discussion on creating a culture of empathy and compassion in the workplace.

This panel discussion, featured at Griefline’s “Let’s Talk About Grief” impact and fundraising event on 22nd August 2024, brings to light the often overlooked challenges of grief in the workplace with honesty and empathy.

Facilitated by Griefline ambassador Stephanie Chiu, alongside fellow ambassadors Sally Douglas and Imogen Carn, the conversation offers a heartfelt exploration of personal loss, the complexities of returning to work, and the often unmet needs of grieving employees.

Through their stories, survey insights, and practical advice, the discussion sheds new light on how workplaces can create supportive environments that acknowledge grief as a normal part of life. Join us as we reimagine what compassionate support can look like and inspire meaningful change in how we approach grief at work.
