    Hi @julz,
I am so sorry to hear that you’ve experienced so much grief in such a short time. It’s understandable and completely normal that you feel overwhelmed right now. Your emotions are an important part of the grieving process and if you feel the need to manage your anxiety in the moment, this resource explores mindful breathing: https://griefline.org.au/resources/mindfulness-for-grief/
Do you have anyone you could talk to about your experience? We’re also here on the Griefline helpline 1300 845 745 to talk. Have you considered seeking out a grief counsellor or similar professional?

Hi Julz, I am so sorry that you have experienced such a significant loss. We are always here at Griefline to call and have a chat and help work through some of the emotions you are currently feeling. T recommended a great resource above with some mindfulness exercises, self-compassion exercises could also be beneficial to process the pain you are currently experiencing.

Hi @Julz, that sounds like a deeply traumatic experience. I’m so sorry for your losses. It sounds like you’re really struggling right now. Many people feel like they can’t manage after trauma and when going through grief. I know I did when I lost my brother and my best friend close together. I really hope you have support and that you can find someone to talk to like a counsellor or psychologist.
    Take care of yourself.
