Hi Julz, I am so sorry that you have experienced such a significant loss. We are always here at Griefline to call and have a chat and help work through some of the emotions you are currently feeling. T recommended a great resource above with some mindfulness exercises, self-compassion exercises could also be beneficial to process the pain you are currently experiencing.
