Add a gift message to your lucky recipient:

Our care packs have been curated by Stephanie Chiu, founder and director of NOĒMA, offering the simplicity of self-care through meditation experiences and beautiful rituals.

Research in recent decades has linked meditation and mindful practices to a collection of health benefits. While mindfulness may not change the way we feel in our grief experience, it can change our perspective of those feelings and help us navigate through the healing process.

We all heal in our own time. Our care packs are designed to encourage and assist the recipient to be gentle and patient with themselves as they work towards a place of acceptance over their loss.

Benefits of meditation and self-care

  • Reduce pain, depression, stress and anxiety
  • Increase focus, resilience and empathy
  • Heighten relationship satisfaction
