Candice brings deep empathy, clinical insight, and lived experience to her role as a grief education facilitator. She began her journey with Griefline in 2019 as a volunteer, before joining the counselling team in 2021. Her personal connection to grief, inspired her focus on clinical psychology, with a passion for supporting those navigating prolonged grief disorder, traumatic grief, pet loss, and other forms of disenfranchised grief.
Candice’s approach is gentle, collaborative, and trauma-informed, creating a safe and affirming space where participants feel empowered in their grief journey. She integrates person-centred care with evidence-based practices such as CBT, acceptance and commitment therapy, and schema therapy.
Above all, Candice feels it’s a privilege to walk alongside those experiencing grief, and values the shared moments of reflection, growth, and healing that come through this work.

1. Ownership of content
All materials, resources, videos, presentations, documents, and any other content made available through the Griefline Online Learning Platform are the intellectual property of Griefline.
This includes:
- Course content and modules
- Downloadable materials
- Images, graphics, and audio
- Facilitator presentations and recordings
- Written guides, activities, and assessments
All content is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
2. Restrictions on use
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
You must not:
- Reproduce, copy, or share course content with others
