Training delivered by senior clinical health professionals

Griefline’s volunteer training program provides participants with the knowledge and skills needed to support help-seekers.

Covering all theoretical components of grief, loss, loneliness and social isolation and the practical application of these with callers to our telephone support services and users of our online forums.

The training includes:

• a series of self-paced online learning modules and quizzes
• live training comprising one full-day workshops (conducted via Zoom)
• orientation information session (conducted via Zoom)

A full payment of $650 is required before access to the online learning modules is granted.
