Hi. I believe I am experiencing what is known as ambiguous loss (grief without closure) from being single for a long time. I’ve never had a partner but I’ve always longed for one. It is hard not knowing if there is ever an end to the pain of loneliness in sight.
There was a link on psychology today website which describes what I am feeling very accurately:
Is anyone else familiar with this? Are they aware of where to go for help?
