Hi @Julz, that sounds like a deeply traumatic experience. I’m so sorry for your losses. It sounds like you’re really struggling right now. Many people feel like they can’t manage after trauma and when going through grief. I know I did when I lost my brother and my best friend close together. I really hope you have support and that you can find someone to talk to like a counsellor or psychologist.

Thank you for sharing your story. I can’t imagine how that must have felt. I think its one of the hardest things to go through-losing parents. I’m wondering how you have been coping? We are always here at Griefline to call and have a chat and help work through some of the emotions you are currently feeling. T recommended a great resource above with some mindfulness exercises, self-compassion exercises could also be beneficial to process the pain you are currently experiencing.

I am so sorry to hear that you’ve experienced so much grief in such a short time. It’s understandable and completely normal that you feel overwhelmed right now.
