    Have you had difficulty getting through on the Griefline Helpline?

    In an effort to support as many help-seekers as possible Griefline has launched a short pilot program to test the need for a call-back service on the Helpline.

    From 28 March to 8 April 2022 callers to the Helpline who do not connect with a volunteer telephone supporter are offered the option to leave their name and phone number so a volunteer can call you back between 9am and 5pm on weekdays.

    All you need to do is leave your first name and day time contact phone number. Griefline volunteers will leave a voice mail message if you do not answer the call.

    ** Please note that calls may appear as a private number when messages are returned.

    If the call-back service proves to be helpful and in demand the service may well be extended. So let us know what you think about this service…
