    Hello,

    Personally, I draw strength and comfort from a lot of Buddhist thinking around the inevitability of suffering, while trying not to add to my own pain by doing things like disenfranchising (not honouring or acknowledging) my own grief. When I find a good article on this, I will post again soon.
