Exploring the Intersection of Art and Grief with the Revived Grieve Project
Katherine McLean brings two decades of experience in the art and non-profit sectors, offering a unique blend of artistic insight and organisational expertise. Her perspective illuminates how art and compassion intersect to foster healing and community engagement in the realm of grief and loss.
The Grieve Project, which receives hundreds of entries annually, provides a platform for individuals to express their grief through various mediums, including prose, poetry, film, and visual art. This initiative supports reflection and healing by allowing personal experiences of loss to be shared and understood within the community.
Griefline is a proud sponsor of Grieve 2024. The category we are supporting is Men and loss. Recognising the unique way men navigate grief, we aim to foster connection and empowerment through storytelling. Whether through prose, visual art, or audio, sharing grief stories can illuminate pathways to healing.
