Not doing at all well loss of my wife of 41 years

I lost my wife of 41 years on 22 November 2023 and i am not coing at all well. She passed away due to a ruptured aneurysm. I have good days and bad days and realy bad days like today

so sorry to hear about the loss of your beautiful wife. you have my most sincerest condolences. it is natural for you to struggle from time to time as you were together for a long time. grief is something that people deal with in so many different ways. we spend a lifetime with our soul mate and then suddenly they arent there to talk to. its understandable that you may feel lonely and lost but when we remember your wife thats when we realise that we have lost something magical. your pain with ease over time. remember to keep them in your heart, speak their name and dont feel like the Greiving process should be over. try to find solace in the things that you used to share together. always keep that memory of your loving wife close to you.
