    If you’re finding it difficult to cope even though the virus is currently contained, know that you’re not alone. Most of us experienced high levels of worry and anxiety during the first and second waves of the pandemic and for some, those feelings have remained, especially people struggling financially, health care workers, those placed in quarantine / severe lockdown and those whose loved ones were sick and passed away. And with all these situations there are losses associated – loss of a good job, financial stability, trust in being safe at work, loss of personal freedoms, loss of a loved one…

    If you’re struggling with feelings of grief or worry brought on by COVID, reach out to the online community – it usually helps to express your emotions, and your share could provide some relief to another community member who’s going through something similar.
